                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM MATTIE B. HUDSON, RELATIVE
                   TO THE OLD HIXSON PIKE (BRIDGE PROJECT),
                   TRACT NO. 22, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF
                   TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($2,100.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way from Mattie B. Hudson, relative to the 

       Old Hixson Pike (Bridge Project), Tract No. 22, for a total
       consideration of $2,100.00.
